Michelle Michlik is a seasoned instructor with more than 25 years in private and public schools. With a keen understanding of each setting, Michelle was able to observe the challenges and limitations of each. She also understood how children with learning needs had an especially difficult time in these settings because they did not fit the standard “mold.”

With this knowledge, she has devoted herself to creating a learning environment designed for children with varying learning needs. After years working as a learning and reading specialist, Michelle brings a wealth of experience to empower students and provide them with individualized care to enrich their unique needs.
