Michelle Michlik is a seasoned instructor with more than 20 years in private and public schools. With a keen understanding of each setting, Michelle was able to observe the challenges and limitations of each. She also understood how children with learning needs had an especially difficult time in these settings because they did not fit the standard “mold.”

With this knowledge, she has devoted herself to creating a learning environment fit for children with varying learning needs. Michelle is passionate about empowering students and providing them with individualized care to address their unique needs.
